Great property. Its not ski in - ski out when there is little snow so that was a bummer. Great view of the mountain. My only complaints were it would have been nice to have water in the rooms and the beds were not comfortable at all.

Bronze Tree 305 is our favorite condo to stay in while skiing at Steamboat.. Staff are friendly and helpful. 305 is clean, well-furnished, has new appliances, and has a beautiful view.

The condo itself was amazing. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The best part was honestly the kind of old school blinds that pull all the way across the picture windows and snapped shut magnetically. Great location! It was walk out to ski which was down a couple flights of stairs and about 50 feet out. The ski-in was a narrow path off of a green (the narrow path could be more challenging for beginning skiers). We have a 4 year old who went to ski school every day so we actually walked down to the ski base (which took about 10 minutes) to drop him off because he wasn't able to ski down the green run on his own yet. We ended up checking our skis each night for free outside of Sheraton Rentals (highly recommend) and paid for a locker each day for our shoes which was absolutely worth it.

Excellent location and amenities. Very clean and great view. Loved everything about it except the king mattress. The other minor thing is that many of the electrical outlets are difficult to keep things plugged into. The plugs fall out of the outlet.

We have stayed in a couple different locations around steamboat. This location was ideal for ski in/walk out skiing. Close to resort amenities, parking availability and great shuttle service put this on the list to return to on our next trip.

Absolutely amazing. Tons of space. Full kitchen with new appliances. Lots of kitchen wares, beautiful pots and pans, views to die for, convenient location to both skiing and base activities. Would stay again and again. Very helpful staff that was able to extend our checkout. We were able to ski all day and go back to our car parked at the condo. Last, we throughly enjoyed the beautiful artwork at the condo!

This was the perfect location for our ski vacation. Base area just down the hill from the condo complex and a quick 12 minute walk. Condo is beautiful and perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the balcony that looked out to the mountain. The available ski lockers were such a convenience. Loved everything about our stay. Will definitely be back next year!

Had a great stay, snow was excellent! Bronze Tree is nice ...... my main concerns are always( not looks but) great mattress and good water pressure - our unit was wonderful on both at Bronze Tree! Easy access to slopes.
