The large private deck is accessible from either the living room or one of the three bedrooms. The windows bring light from the living room right through to the open kitchen and dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats up to 4. The circular dining table provides a nice place for family meals with seating for six. The focal point of the living area is a beautiful moss rock surrounded gas fireplace with a wooden mantle accent. Relax in front of the fireplace and large flat screen TV or gaze out the window at the majestic southern views. A common bathroom located off the entry way is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3 it features a marble countertop and walk-in tiled shower.

We enjoyed a summer weekend at steamboat. The place had a wonderful deck to enjoy meals and sunsets. It was a quiet complex.

The property was in a great location, we walked to restaurants and The Grand where other friends were staying. We liked the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub.

Location was solid, though with the Christie III lift not spinning during our entire stay (5 nights), it was not as convenient as anticipated. The condo was comfortable for our group of 6 (2 couples, 2 singles), albeit a bit dated. 8 people would have been too cramped. The porch and view of the mountains were sublime. The communal outdoor hot tub has the same excellent views. It's large enough for up to 10 people, and was only "crowded" on Saturday night. The shuttle is very convenient and the property is well maintained. Overall a great vacation.
