The kitchen features sleek black appliances, beautiful dark cabinetry accented with black iron hardware, with granite tile countertops. The dining table can seat up to four guests, with extra four stools at the breakfast bar. The focal point of the living area is a beautiful moss rock surrounded gas fireplace with a wooden mantle. A large flat screen television is mounted above the fireplace and is connected to a DVD player for your entertainment. The comfortable faux leather lounge set is the ultimate for you to relax in front of the fireplace or take in the picturesque views of the surrounding mountains. If you are visiting Steamboat for a youth sports tournament or event, such as Triple Crown, Mountain Soccer or Steamboat Classic Lacrosse, please select another of our fine properties. We apologize for any inconvenience.

OVERSIZED VEHICLES: Parking around the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort and our properties is always at a premium especially during the winter when city snow removal is an issue. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles such as recreational vehicles, trailers and boats. Vehicles of this kind at are not permitted at any of our rental properties and may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

We bought better toilet tissue paper because what was supplies was the cheapest made. I have rented the same unit before and it's getting old. The TVs could be upgraded. The kitchen frying pans and hand tools could be increased.
