From the moment I booked, communication was EXCELLENT! The property called to verify info and answered all of my questions. They were quick to respond to any needs or inquiries I had prior to and during the stay. Comfortable beds, hot water, great water pressure, towels/linens provided, lots of space for all the things. Locker downstairs for gear that works with key card so you only had to keep track of one card. Ski-in/out and short walk to the ski area for meals and shopping. The gondola's are amazing and the views even better from the top!!!The building is a little dated, but the condo and the resort has everything you need and more. They even had a text line so you could reach someone via text. We needed a little help with the fireplace and they came within 30 mins to assist- at 9pm! I cannot say enough good about how well taken care of we felt.

The rental was great! It was super convenient to the pool/hot tub and ski lockers. Walk out to skiing and ski in were also easy to access. Accommodations were great. Master bed was strangely high, but mostly comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with crockpot, coffee pot, keurig, and anything needed for cooking. Shuttle service into town was awesome! I would rent her again.

The property is in a great location. We were able to walk to the lift and ski back to the property. The hot tubs are perfect because one is outdoors and covered. The other is indoor with the pool for parents with young children. Great separation between the kids area and adults. Once you download the app, the shuttle service provided by Mountain Resorts was extremely convenient. My main complaint was the gym didn't open until 10am! I specifically booked a place with a gym, to work out in the morning before skiing with the family. That is not a possibility with the condo. Otherwise good property for the money.

From the location to the views and convenience items provided, this place had everything that we needed. A humidifier and multiple fans, the gas fireplace and a good assortment of games were nice touches. Two large hot tubs on the property (one indoor / one outdoor), ski lockers, garage parking, and guest laundry were all things that made the stay extra nice!

Bronze Tree Unit 104 was beautiful and convenient to everything! I loved the base area.. highly recommend the paramount for amazing breakfast/lunch and homemade bread! And Slopeside for yummy pizza and nachos!! Also, The gentleman that was working security during the early morning hours (4:30am) on the 20th that helped us check in was absolutely amazing (I apologize I don't remember his name, it was a long travel day). He arrived within minutes, did not seem annoyed or inconvenienced, treated us like it was a normal check in time, and drove us (we followed him) to the front of our building. He was extremely helpful and also warned us to not leave food in our vehicle due to the bears. All around great experience. Please find out who this gentleman is and recognize him for us! I was in the service industry and know how important it is to receive positive feedback (it always seems to be negative these days). Great experience!
